This Week on the Internet

We've had fun this week! Lots of time playing with cousins (Jonas has started closing his eyes intentionally for all pictures as a passive protest to my video game restrictions). Tess has started hitting - which is... honestly kinda hilarious but we, the adults, need to play it straight and teach her good principles. Gwen is getting better and better at going to things alone. Jonas is making his own pokemon cards in Illustrator. Russell's taken up a second job as contractor for all of our house projects. And I have a new swollen toe. So big accomplishments all around! Woo!

Here's what I held onto from my internet wanderings this week:

Tiny Desk Concert Series from NPR with seriously all of my favorite bands. Start with Jose Gonzalez and go from there.

I really love these architectural watercolors. Again, makes me want to paint.

I've been laughing through some old Jimmy Fallon videos. This one with Amy Poehler and Tina Fey playing truth or truth is great. Also, Fred Armisen is one of the funniest people I've never met. Everything he does. Geez. Crew CuTTT! Bah!

This article on Netflix's Vacation Policies made me realize how arbitrary some of the work place rules and expectations have become.

Harry Potter link for the week. Alan Rickman was awesome.

Crazy cool image showing the juxtaposition of old and new in China. That makes me want to write a sweeping sci fi. Just kidding.
