Russell and I had this last night. It was awesome. It was so awesome that I don't know if I'll ever be able to call anything awesome again, in honor of this awesome milkshake. and it's actually really good for you (as long as you're in the "go milk" camp). You don't even miss the icecream.
Bananas (not green, not too brown, but nice and ripe)
- Prep/freeze bananas for one hour as seen here.
- Blend in the blender with milk and a spoonful of nutella
Ta-da! no sugar added! unless you count the spoonful of nutella, and if you're that worried about it, you can leave it out and it's still delicious.
