kids valentines ideas

I've gotta be honest, I miss being a kid. In some ways. I hated being told what to do all the time. And not being able to drive. And not having any money. Ha! Some things never change. But I definitely prefer Valentines Day as a kid than as an adult. It was so fun making the decorated shoe boxes for my classmates to put the candy in. And to sort through and decide which of them would get the ones that say "You rock" as opposed to "Be mine". Ah, young love.

Above: Such a cool and easy idea

Robots, airplanes and spaceships. Can you tell I was kind of a tomboy growing up? I would have loved these. as long as they weren't pink.

And this isn't one you could bring to class - but this is what Russell would probably appreciate most - a raspberry smoothie. The heart would just be for my benefit.

The way they did this heart is very clever and seems do-able.

And lastly I thought this was a good idea... not that I'd necessarily go for it - but it's still a good idea.

I've totally been keeping that sucker idea in my back picket for when Tanner's older.
