easy and healthy lunch

I made an excellent lunch based on this recipe yesterday and it totally hit the spot. Crunchy and fresh. mmm.

Tuna Cabbage Salad

1 can tuna - drained
1+ cup finely chopped cabbage
1 stalk celery finely chopped
1 green onion finely chopped
2 ish Tblsp. Mayo (or plain yogurt or whatever you want)
garlic powder, s&p to taste
can top with spinach and mustard if you want. I did. and it was good.

mix it all up, but it on wheat bread for a sandwich or a tortilla for a wrap. You can change any of the ingredients to add stuff you have on hand. So easy and fast. sheesh this sounds good. I'm definitely making this again.
